Refund policy

Please note, all products are made to order, therefore there are no refunds once an order is placed. Feel free to inquire at support@rikkikrafted.com for any assistance prior to placing an order. 

Returns and Exchanges

All products are non-returnable. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, either via refund or replacement. Failure to inform us of defective, damaged, or incorrect orders within 14 calendar days of receipt will result in an order correction fee of $10 and no corrections will be made after 30 days of order receipt. Please be advised that by purchasing on this site or via alternative channels, you agree and understand that custom items can vary slightly from the descriptions, mockups, and proofs, as each item is produced per order and are not mass produced.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. By completing this purchase, you agree not to file a dispute with your bank or any other party in the event an item was not approved for a refund, or if we are still seeking a resolution to a lost package, or any other issue we are working to resolve.
