Shipping policy

Orders placed after December 5th are not guaranteed to be received before Christmas due to increased holiday demand and delays beyond our control.

All orders are shipped within five business days of the completed order processing time, unless otherwise noted. Please see item description for full details. If an item has not arrived within one week of delivery estimate, please contact us so we can assist in tracking it down. We reserve the right to replace or refund accordingly depending on individual circumstances
