Uploaded images need to be at least 300 DPI. Blurry or pixelated images will result in a less than ideal finished product, or cancelation of your order if images too blurry. We are not responsible for products produced with low quality images and there are no refunds or exchanges on custom items.
Mockups will be sent for approval prior to production.
Processing time is 10 to 21 business days after proof is approved, excluding shipping.
